The nurse navigator will assist you in scheduling all of the necessary appointments and consultations that you’ll need to get started. A multidisciplinary team will review your test results and history, and you’ll meet with a pulmonary
specialist who will recommend a plan of care.
All testing and follow-up care will be scheduled through the clinic, and your primary care physician will be updated promptly with written reports.
