Under the direction of Alan J. Koffron, M.D. , who is internationally-renowned for his contributions to the
advancement of transplant surgery, treatment of complex liver tumors,

experience. Dr. Koffron leads a multidisciplinary team of experts in the
field of transplantation, who work together closely to ensure that each

Our transplant team works closely with Gift of Life Michigan, the state’s organ and tissue recovery program, as well as other

donors from across the region.
