Corewell Health is the new name for Beaumont.
Corewell's Woman's Urology and Pelvic Health Center offers extensive female urology care for a number of conditions including bladder dysfunction, pelvic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, interstitial cystitis and sexual dysfunction.
All new patients must print, complete, and bring in the new patient form prior to their first appointment.
