Maintain your dignity and independence in your home and, in some cases, return to work while still on therapy.

Home infusion services provided by Beaumont Health are available for pre-discharge evaluations, post-discharge and follow-up care. We provide services for patients of any age as well as for temporary and/or permanently disabled conditions.

Our nurses will provide you with the knowledge and support needed to make sure you feel at ease with your IV therapy at home. In addition, our pharmacist consults with your primary care physician to define a complete plan of care and ensure you and your family members understand and can follow through with your individualized course of treatment.

Examples of services and support offered

Pharmacy - complete clinical monitoring, management of the therapy care plan, medication profile review and coordination of care as well as filling your prescribed infusion therapy.
Nursing - including the administration of hyperalimentation, total parenteral nutrition, intravenous medications and IV fluids as well as family instruction.

Nutritional - an interdisciplinary team consisting of a registered dietician, doctor of pharmacy, and infusion nurses who monitor your progress and test results throughout the course of treatment.
