Founded in 2006, the Arts for the Spirit Program seeks to create an environment that promotes healing and comfort for our patients, families, visitors and employees through various art forms in our hospitals. Providing a restorative atmosphere renews the human spirit and extends the Beaumont Health mission: compassionate, extraordinary care every day.
THE HEALING POWER OF ART AND MUSIC
Arts for the Spirit presents local and nationally recognized artists in rotating art exhibitions in our hospitals. Fourteen exhibit galleries feature artwork that is diverse in medium, style and subject to provide the Beaumont community with a quality fine art experience.
Through partnerships with local and nationally renowned musicians, the healing power of music is presented in performances in our hospitals and retirement communities.
Interactive art experiences created by exceptional visual artists are offered to our patients and families as well our employees throughout the system.
