Hiring Policies

Our vaccination policy ensures that patients, employees and their families are safe during influenza season. All employees must receive the influenza vaccine upon hire and annually thereafter. Any request for accommodation for medical or religious reasons must be submitted in writing upon hire. The request will be reviewed and may require additional documentation.

We provide a nicotine-free workplace. We test all job applicants for nicotine and drug use and will not hire those who test positive for tobacco use. Applicants who test positive for tobacco use may reapply for employment after six months.
