Care & TLC - Treatment for Lifelong Conditions

Palliative home care for patients with advanced, serious illness

Challenges arise when you, or someone you love is diagnosed with a serious illness. Pain, fatigue, nausea, shortness of breath and stress can seriously affect quality of life. You may find you need support to help you cope.

Beaumont’s Care & TLC program provides palliative care for people who want to manage their symptoms and continue curative therapies during their Beaumont Home Care experience. Our interdisciplinary team seeks to eliminate distressing symptoms and promote the highest quality of life possible. Patients can receive both curative treatment and palliative care at the same time through Beaumont Care & TLC.

The Care & TLC team are skilled listeners,  and will help you and your family determine treatment goals that are right for you. We will work with you to develop a treatment plan that makes the most sense for you, because  it will be based on your goals and wishes.
