Walking for as little as 30 minutes a day can benefit your joints, alleviate back problems, lessen worry and tension and add years to your life.
Healthy Trenton and Healthy Taylor want to help you make walking a part of your fitness routine. Gather a group of neighbors, friends, co-workers or family and let’s walk our communities together.
How we can help
Get your group together and designate a leader. If you would like, pick a name for your group. Select a day of the week and a time to walk regularly. Pick up your free walking kit and register your group.
Your kit will contain pedometers, lanyards and tracking logs for each group member, along with tips for making the most of your walks.
Walk. Turn in your tracking log for a chance to win prizes. It’s that easy!
