The Pediatric Oncology Long-Term Follow-Up Clinic is comprised of a
multidisciplinary team including a pediatric oncologist, pediatric
oncology nurse navigator, pediatric social worker, child psychologist
and dietitian. Our clinic is committed to the care of survivors of
childhood cancer. Patients who are seen in this clinic have typically
been off all therapy for three years.
Prior to your clinic visit we will review your medical history and
previous treatment. Pending this review, we will make recommendations
for follow up testing specific to your individual needs, much of which
may be done on the day of your visit. Specific information regarding
current and potential health concerns will be discussed with you.
Education is an integral component to this program and you will be
provided with appropriate resources.
