What is patient & family centered care?

Patient and family-centered care is our partnership with patients and their families to provide a collaborative, shared-decision making atmosphere that provides a safe environment and improves outcomes. We want to support and encourage the well being of our patients in all levels of care through partnerships. Our patients define their family, and are encouraged to participate in their care at the level they desire.

Our care delivery model is based on 4 core concepts: respect and dignity, information sharing, participation, and collaboration. It is our mission to provide compassionate, extraordinary care every day.
