COVID-19 Vaccine Questions

As required by the state and federal 1B criteria, a limited number of appointments are being offered to individuals who are 65 or older. Beaumont’s computer system uses an equitable, randomized process to select groups of patients who meet 1B criteria and also have an active myBeaumontChart account. As groups of individuals are selected using this process, they will receive an email inviting them to schedule their vaccination. Beaumont’s goal is to vaccinate its entire patient population as quickly as possible.

You will receive two emails when you have been invited to schedule your vaccination appointment:

    Learn About Michigan's Vaccination Phases

At this time, we are only able to schedule current Beaumont patients who are 65 or over due to capacity and vaccine availability. Essential workers should contact their employer or local health department for vaccination.

Due to the random nature of the invitations being emailed, we are not able to schedule people together unless they have both received their own individual invitation. Due to strict requirements for social distancing, drivers or those accompanying people with an appointment will be asked to wait in their vehicle unless the individual being vaccinated requires physical assistance.

You will be scheduled for an appointment for your second vaccine dose during your first vaccine visit. If you need to reschedule your appointment, login to your myBeaumontChart > click on Appointments > Click on the dose appointment and select Reschedule Appointment.

We recently moved to a more secure COVID-19 vaccination scheduling process. Please follow these step-by-step instructions to schedule your appointment.
