Appointments are available on Monday through Thursday. The office staff is available for your assistance the remainder of the week. Our office staff will gladly schedule your new patient appointment. You will need to know your diagnosis, what films or tests were done, type of insurance and the referring physician's name and address. If you are unsure of the above information, please ask your physicians office for assistance in scheduling your appointment.
