Group fitness classes - Classes range from chair fitness to low-impact, high-energy. Classes include cardio, strength training, balance, and flexibility exercises.
Specialty group fitness classes - Classes are for adults who will benefit from fitness classes designed to self-manage chronic conditions, or need smaller class size for additional attention and assistance.
Small group training (SGT) - Small group training offers a unique opportunity to merge group fitness with personal training. SGT focuses on a specialized format, individual progression and skill development.
Personal training - One-on-one fitness training customized to your specific fitness goals.
Rehab and re-entry programs - Individuals preparing for orthopedic surgery or patients completing physical rehab will find our classes suitable to continue to exercise in a community-based environment.
Happy Hour - Small Group Personal Training
Putting fun into fitness! Gather your friends and support each other in improving your health, fitness, and happiness by signing up for Small Group Personal Training Sessions. Each package includes an hour training session with one of our Certified Personal Trainers that is tailored around you’re your health and fitness goals. After the session enjoy a healthy snack on us.
