Beaumont's infectious disease (ID) specialists are all board-certified in internal medicine and have passed an additional certification examination by the American Board of Internal Medicine in infectious disease to maintain privileges at Beaumont Health. These ID specialists are experts in the diagnosis and treatment of illnesses caused by microorganisms. These specialists work together with your doctor.
